Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and dasMOD that govern your right to use our website. When used in these Terms, “dasMOD,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the dasMOD entity with whom you are contracting.

The dasMOD website offers an online venue that enables users to search for, and book services. Users who search for, book, or use services are “Guests.” dasMOD owns, control, offers and manages, all the listings provided. 

We maintain other terms and policies that supplement these Terms like our Privacy Policy, which describes our collection and use of personal data, and our Payment Terms (below).

By using this website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stipulated within the Privacy Policy Agreement. If you are not in agreement with our terms and conditions, then you should refrain from using our site. In addition, your continued use of our website following the posting of any updates or changes to our terms and conditions shall constitute your agreement of such changes. 

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Payment Terms

These Payment Terms are a binding legal agreement. In order to use the Payment Services, you must be at least 21 years old, and must keep your payment and personal information accurate and complete. 

When you add a Payment Method, you will be asked to provide billing information such as name, billing address, and financial instrument information. 

These payment services may include (if available) the following:

• Collecting payments from Guests, such as credit card, debit card, or bank account (“Payment Method”);

• Other payment-related services in connection with Host Services.

We are not responsible for any loss suffered by you as a result of incorrect Payment Method information provided by you. 

dasMOD reserves the right to decline or limit payments that we believe (i) may violate these Payment Terms, or (ii) are unauthorized, fraudulent or illegal.
