Erik has over 15 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, developments, and sales. In addition to dasMOD, he’s the founder of Swell Property - a real estate brokerage in Encinitas that specializes in San Diego residential real estate. He has a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of the local real estate market and leads dasMOD’s acquisitions, design, and sales.

Erik grew up in Minnesota, graduated from Wheaton College (IL) with a B.A., in Business & Economics, and shortly after moved out west to play & coach soccer. Erik and his wife Summer have enjoyed living in Encinitas for many years, with their three very active boys and their two sweet girls.

Sven brings 10+ years of experience in real estate developments and finance to dasMOD as a principal. He has been successfully leading a variety of real estate investments ranging from residential, industrial, and hospitality to a 5 location coworking space. Sven is a licensed realtor and mainly focuses on dasMOD’s finances, operations, and project management.

Sven grew up in Germany and moved to the US at the age of 19. He graduated from Azusa Pacific University (CA) with a B.A. in International Business as well as Master of Business Administration (MBA). Sven and his wife Sara reside in Los Angeles county.
